In my role as Key Account Sales Support Administrator at ICE Beauty Group, I support the company’s Key Account Managers by ensuring that sales and marketing processes run smoothly and efficiently. I manage and update product information, price lists, and campaigns in both internal systems and B2B portals, while coordinating and following up on campaigns with retailers. My responsibilities also include preparing quotes, product descriptions, and images for web and retail use, organizing and maintaining digital document and image banks, and providing service and support to customers. With a focus on accuracy, structure, and customer service, I contribute to strengthening the company’s brand and creating added value for our clients.

I’m responsible for managing product information that meets premium standards across all our digital channels. My work includes: - Structuring, enriching and publishing product data in PIM and ERP systems - Writing compelling, SEO-optimised product descriptions in Swedish and English - Editing and finalising image material to match brand guidelines - Ensuring product texts, images and specifications are complete, correct and consistently high-quality - Coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to collect and verify product content - Managing selected suppliers and expert areas independently - Supporting launches of new products and collections with fast, accurate content updates - Publishing content on-site within deadlines and ensuring it follows brand tone and quality rules - Using AI tools and Excel to improve workflow efficiency and maintain structured data - Maintaining and refining the existing product assortment Fluent in Swedish and English, with strong skills in translation, image editing, Excel, SEO, and digital content tools. As an Intern for Production Development Coordinator, I have gained valuable experience in utilizing and navigating the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, including assisting with system updates. My responsibilities have also included product testing and providing feedback on samples. I have been responsible for maintaining supplier contact, as well as ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to suppliers. Additionally, I have been instrumental in creating trim libraries for production, customer care, atelier, and shipment purposes. My role has also involved organizing shipment samples and providing support for the retrieval of samples from sales locations. Throughout my internship, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

As a Content Producer at Åhlens, I worked with Åhléns master data in the business system and ensured its strategy, development, and support. My specific responsibilities included providing input to master data to improve processes and usability, creating customer value by ensuring product information on the e-commerce platform, working proactively to improve work methods and tools, as well as ensuring product information from suppliers and managing the flow of master data through the business system to all sales channels. I also worked closely with various teams and business areas to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.

As a receptionist at Academic Work, I have gathered a greater experience of both external and internal exceptional service. I worked a lot on: continuous communication, personal development, creativity and implementation of new routines.

One of the most importent things that a have learnd from my first internship at Axbeutyhouse is how importent data are to a company and how importent and effective diffrent departments are to eachother. I have gathered a bigger understanding of different systems and how they work together.
