HR leader for the Asia-Pacific region, with a progressively expanding scope covering 9 countries (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, South Korea, Singapore, Japan, Australia, China) and approximately 250 employees across four business units. This role combined strategic and operational responsibilities, initially focused on supporting growth in developing entities, then shifting towards structuring regional HR practices. Since 2025, I have worked remotely from France, also providing active support to the EMEA HR teams during restructuring and implementation of new performance system. Engaged in consultancy missions for diverse corporate clients, providing expert guidance and support. Specialized in HR, including HR strategy, talent management, manpower planning, training center, performance management, skills mapping, KPI and reporting, recruitment, and mobility plans. Coaching and trainings on leadership, change management, time management, and customer focus, Led executive recruitment efforts, sourcing and selecting both national and expatriate professionals. Conducted organizational audits, diagnosing areas for improvement and streamlining operations.

2015 – 2016: Dietsmann Angola - Quality Coordinator Provided support in HR reorganization efforts. Successfully managed the ISO 9001:2015 certification project for the Angolan subsidiary. 2012 – 2014: Dietsmann Gabon - HR & Quality Coordinator Coordinated the Recruitment, Training, and Mobility departments. Led the ISO 9001:2008 certification project for the Gabonese subsidiary. 2011 – 2012: Dietsmann Monaco - HR Administrator HR operations for expatriate staff : onboarding, contract, disciplinary process, medical check-up 2011: Dietsmann Monaco - Project Manager - Recruitment (internship) Developed and implemented psychotechnical tests for the recruitment of technical staff across subsidiaries.
