I love words. I like pictures and video too, but words are definitely my favourite. They were where I found my first true passion, and since then I’ve written everything from blogs and articles, to manuals, social media posts and even, dare I say it, a pretty magical birthday card or two. Nowadays I’m not just writing copy, I edit, I proof, I analyse, I plan... and I’ve dabbled in the dark arts of SEO and UX, social media, and videography, and boy do I still have plenty more to learn. Away from the magic of content in all its forms, I’m a lover of neat, clean processes that make people’s lives easier, open communication and a healthy dose of humour.
