I lead the EMEA HR People Consultants team, supporting and advising over 2,000 VP-level and below leaders across 19 countries and various industries, encompassing approximately 7,000 employees. As a second-line people manager, I guide and mentor a team of 26 HR professionals, focusing on the employee lifecycle and fostering their development. My role involves cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, where I leverage my expertise in organizational design, deployment, and change management to drive strategic initiatives. Recently, I completed Salesforce's inaugural LEAD Equality Program for Women, the Accelerate People Leadership course, and became a certified internal coach. Throughout my 8 years at Salesforce, I’ve worked as an HR Business Partner in both EMEA and AMER, managing global teams and implementing impactful HR strategies.
