Supported the sales staff by cold calling and gathering essential information on prospective clients. Built and maintained a comprehensive prospect database. Operated as the liaison between the City of East Lansing and 180 downtown businesses. Prepared and presented annual budget of $60,000 to East Lansing’s mayor and the Downtown Management Board. Collaborated with 9 board members to plan, communicate, and market 7 downtown events. Main point of communication for outside vendors, including graphic designers and social media. Sat on the committee to hire city-wide public relations company, and executed/communicated various projects in collaboration with them.

Supervised and led campers between the ages of 4 and 13 in fast paced recreational/camp activities. Coordinated daily with my peers while organizing camp schedule. Worked 10 to 15 hours daily. Developed core character qualities such as commitment, enthusiasm, patience, leadership, teamwork, and a constant positive attitude.

Independently developed and implemented Social Studies curriculum to 45 freshman level students in accordance with school district guidelines. Provided additional assistance to students with an Individualized Education Program, such as non- English speaking students or those with physical and mental disabilities. Served as a member of the Freshman Level Team and Social Studies Department Team which required collaboration with a mentor teacher, staff and administration to determine student growth through data analysis.
