Key responsibilities: - Worked within all areas of processing for dried fermented meat production. - Collaborated with cross-functional departments on projects relating to plant operations and product development (new machine installs, food safety and quality management, production planning and recipe development). - Conducted data recording and trending analysis with a strong focus on process improvement (run rates, yields and processing parameters).
