Labor and employment law litigation and compliance involving ERISA, FLSA, FMLA, and Title VII

Worked to inform Tulane students of the resources available to them through CELT and to develop socially innovative programs and opportunities throughout the Tulane community. Developed a resource toolkit for student-led learning, promoted international service learning experiences, and promoted the intersection of business and social innovation.

Assisted taxpayers with state tax audit challenges and refund claims before the State Office of Administrative Hearings, in state district court, and on appeal. Wrote and presented on state tax topics for CPA, attorney, and industry audiences.
