I am a highly skilled professional leader with 27 years of experience in education and training with in further education and training provider establishments. During my career path I have delivered, managed and lead on operations and the quality of education for Apprenticeships and adult provisions. My passion for education and training and being highly involved in business development has led me through a very successful career path. I have a solid understanding of curriculum development, quality of education, Awarding Body and ESFA requirements. My proven track record is demonstrated through the success of achieving and maintaining quality and improving practices in the Education and Training sector. I consistently exceed goals and expectations, driving operational targets and business success. I have increased business development, having strong relationships with employers and key stakeholders for over a number of years. I am a member of the senior leadership team, responsible and accountable to assure quality of the provision meet company key objectives and develop the provision to exceed business growth plans. I am a Senior Designated Lead Safeguarding and Prevent Officer, Matrix lead, Ofsted lead nominee. I am highly ambitious, dedicated and motivated with excellent organisation and communication skills with effective and efficient work ethos.
