Responsible for getting new accounts opened for the business, as well as getting newer clients comfortable enough to commit funds and begin trading. I will then provide consistent support to my clients through check in calls and emails, ensuring a positive relationship is kept with our clients. These clients can range from new starters all the way up to professional traders. As the most senior member of the team, I also contribute significantly to the training of new starters.

Contacted decision makers from the world’s largest Enterprises in order to pitch our events to them. I was then responsible for my attendees’ experience, this included attending events in-person in locations across the globe in order to meet clients, build relationships, and drive repeat bookings. I was also nominated for profiler of the year award within my first 11 months.

I worked this job alongside my studies in Sixth Form. I was responsible for calculating quotes for consumers by gathering information from suppliers and team-members, as well as considering any specific requests made by the consumer.
