Executive Producer and Head of Production for OpenAI’s global Events team, reporting to the Head of Events and responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the company’s highest-profile live moments. Lead production for flagship product launches, developer conferences, executive summits, and global tours across the US, EMEA, Oceania, and APAC. Partner closely with Executive and Events leadership, Product, Comms, Marketing, and Design to translate company goals into high-impact live and virtual experiences, scaling from 25-person CEO briefings to 2,000+ attendee conferences and global broadcasts with millions of live and on-demand viewers. Set and maintain production standards, processes, and operating models across a diverse global events portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence at scale. Build and lead cross-functional production teams spanning Events, Design, Comms, Security, Workplace, Product, and Research. Own production budgets, vendor strategy, timelines, and risk management for multi-million-dollar event programs. Frequently contribute to strategy discussions for new event formats, flagship moments, and scalable field programs in a fast-growing organization.

Responsible for Stripe’s largest business driving and most impactful external and internal events annually. Program Manager of Stripe Sessions 2019 - 2021, a user conference with over 1,500 in-person and 15,000 virtual attendees and our annual employee event, with up to 10,000 attendees. Delivered Stripe’s most business-critical events during periods of hypergrowth, balancing executive visibility, customer impact, employee engagement, and operational complexity.
