I began my HR career in agency recruiting, leading senior-level searches and building a book of business in a highly performance-driven environment. That experience sharpened my commercial instincts and comfort operating under pressure.I later transitioned in-house to a leading plant-based food company, where I led R&D innovation recruiting — partnering with scientific leaders to build specialized technical teams in a rapidly scaling post IPO business.Seeking broader complexity, I made the move to financial services and have since expanded across multiple recruiting leadership and operations roles within Goldman Sachs. I’m fortunate that each chapter presents a new unique challenge — from experienced-hire recruiting and global project management to recruiting operations, and now campus recruiting.Today, I lead Investment Banking Campus Recruiting for the Americas, bringing a cross-divisional lens to hiring strategies and team development.
