• Working with field engineers, sales representatives, and the customer I developed a solution to upgrade the customers switchgear to meet the customer’s needs. • Working with the field service group, I developed a cost and time efficient solution to upgrade the equipment. • Worked with the vendors to ensure that the project was on budget and on time.

Ensure candidates for PA Emergency Medical Responder and Emergency Medical Technician have mastered the skills necessary to succeed in the Pre-hospital field.

• Developed course material and presentations for the new EMT students; worked to ensure the content covered the National Registry EMT requirements. • Ensured that the students received proper perceptive knowledge to work as an EMT; determined psychomotor skills and abilities. • Confirmed the students met or exceeded the requirements of the National Registry EMT and the PA department of health to become competent EMT.

I work on custom and turn key CZT-based instruments for various industries. At the eV Products, we design and produce CZT-based instruments for radiation detection & measurement. Our products are used primarily in medical imaging with some nuclear detection and security applications.

As the Assistant Commander, I work with the Ambulance Commander, the Ambulance Advisory Board and the Fire Chief to ensure our service provides the best Emergency Medical Service to the citizens of the Burro of Saxonburg, Jefferson Township, Clinton Township, and Winfield Township along with mutual aid to neighboring departments. I also ensure that we meet all the requirements for licensure. I am also an instructor of CPR and other EMS Continuing Education classes for EMS providers in the southern Butler County area. • Worked with sales to design custom and modified standard product based on the customer’s requirements. • Collaborated with international and domestic departments to develop new products. • Mitigated a large warranty claim and supported the field installation team during the implantation of the new design.

• Closely worked with Product Health on the restoration process changes for several failed machines in the field totaling in over $700,000.00 in warranty savings. • Created new and retrofitted design, within the capabilities of the dealer and reconstruct facility. • Collaborated with international and domestic teams to obtain new parts released for dealer purchase. • Mitigated all issues that surfaced during the building of 3 Continuous Miners; provided solutions for changes to the sales order from customer requests. • Managed the production process; ensured design modifications and accurate delivery dates. • Supported reformation of the product lines; developed lane straggly for all miners.
