• Coordinating and planning activities to achieve the project objectives minimizing risks with resources which I had. • Organizing teams in the field, problem solving with the client, coordinating the entire project with several teams from different departments (technicians, logistics, design), finding real time solutions to improve efficiency and cost optimization, making sure all working conditions are at the highest health and safety standards. • Collaboration with the customer to implement new cost saving solutions and to give improve the appearance of the finished product. • Obtaining the necessary authorizations to carry out the projects. • Before coordinating projects, I coordinated the regional logistics department, where I managed and supervised 5 warehouses in 10 counties, with 7 management teams each, as well as 9 large ongoing projects. I managed the SAP flow of equipment and materials, coordinating and rearranging the company's headquarters, handled the ordering and purchasing of the materials, staging the work and follow-up until completion.

• Coordinating the team of design technicians, monitoring of live projects. • Obtaining authorizations for electrical installations, lighting, security, fire detection and safety lighting for industrial works. • Collaboration with implementation teams in order to correct any discrepancies between plans and on site.

• Supervising teams of technicians from Ukraine, where the project’s activity was carried out, evaluating the possibility of additional lines, optimizing the flow of materials, designing work panels and defining the manufacturing flow, CAD support; • Training of technicians, balancing of jobs (evaluation of times and division of jobs) • In one of the projects I worked on, because the work panel does not meet the safety requirements at work, I designed another organization of the work line and an innovative panel model.

• Top quality HVAC design, water and sewerage, heating systems, adjustment of the plans in accordance with the solution of some impediments encountered on site by the collaborators who executed the work. Ventilation design for the Kaufland and Real stores (currently Auchan) in the western part of the country, plus several other industrial level beneficiaries. • Staff recruitment and evaluation, market evaluation and forecasting. • Site contractor, site coordination, liaising with subcontractors and make sure workplace regulation are followed. I was responsible for implementing the conditions to obtain the design office certification with ISO9001 and ISO 9002.
