A life coach for widows and widowers helps individuals who have lost a spouse navigate the emotional and practical challenges of their loss and create a fulfilling life moving forward. This may include working through grief and other emotions, managing financial and practical considerations, building a new sense of identity, and developing a new sense of purpose. The coach may also help the individual develop new social connections and support networks. The goal of the coaching is to help the individual find a sense of meaning and fulfillment after the loss of a spouse.

I work with widowers and widows individually or in a group via membership. I guide widows/widowers through the grief process to discover their new passions and purpose using personalized support, empathy, and community.

I design and create high quality handcrafted jewelry based on chain maille. Designs range from conservative to funky. Suitable for men and women, from everyday wear to special occasion. Custom orders are gladly accepted. I also incorporate gemstones, crystals, beads. Metals include, but not limited to, aluminum, silver, copper, anodized aluminum (for color) and enameled copper (for color). Excellent for gift giving.
