As Director of Sourcing at Vantis, I provide strategic and tactical leadership for a team of recruiters supporting clients internal and external. I am primarily responsible for ensuring team and individual productivity to meet performance goals and business demand by developing, directing and managing recruiting and sourcing strategies to identify and attract high caliber talent to meet the company’s needs. I acts as the primary point of contact to clients and work with them to facilitate their tech hiring needs I periodically contribute to our company blog, Facebook, and Twitter pages. I also attend networking and tech events around the city representing Vantis Global IT Practice.
