Assembled case studies by compiling client's relevant proprietary information and collecting industry-related information to analyze client's key performance indicators (KPI), benchmark against industry standards and identify gaps for current market. Conduct intensive research on existing and new technologies for digitalization and identify wide application of the project. Lead the team to generate phase A work plans and future steps on both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
