Reporting to: Head of Network Implementation and Program Management Job tasks include setting strategic direction aimed at improving processes, establishing project scope, overseeing communication among project offices, defining KPIs, and making presentations on the projects to various audiences (stakeholders).

Reporting to: GM Network Implementation and Delivery Job tasks included setting up support functions; covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication, assessing ongoing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for potential improvement, and producing comprehensive reporting including milestones summary, key issues, and solutions proposal.

Reporting to: Program Manager Job tasks included controlling, monitoring, and reporting progress of the projects by providing aligned and accurate progress database and analysis, maintaining the project plan, and provide general support to managers and project team.

Reporting to: Regional Project Manager Job tasks included supervising Document Controller team, monitoring the completion timeline of Acceptance Documents, ensuring all project documents tracked and reported, and interfacing Project Office with stakeholders

Reporting to: Branch Manager Job tasks included all administration works for West Java Project Office, varies from project administration, document control, budget control, secretarial duties and acted as HR representative.

Reporting to: GM National Rollout Job tasks include direct managing project from beginning to end. Performing sequencial activities from project schedule, execution, to closure, and paralel activity of controlling. Working closely with upper management and contractors to make sure that the scope and direction of the project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
