Developed and executed cellular assays for evaluation of drug potency, activity and specificity in a start-up setting for CRISPR technology. Using multiple types of cell lines and transfection methods, analyzed drug potency by flow cytometry, Western blotting, qPCR and etc.

Generated high-quality protein materials, and analyzed protein purity and quantity for downstream applications. Experienced in protein expression, harvest, and quantification. Medium to large scale protein purification and post-purification analysis. ÄKTA Avant and ÄKTA Pure and Explorer System. Monitored Bioreactors and large tank fermentations. Used Biomek liquid handler workstation and Konelab analyzer to test for fermentation biorefinery components such as yeast, alpha-amylase, and glucoamylase.

Supported antibody purification for product development of HLA tissue typing.
