Responsible for payroll entries for all three companies in HRIS system. Coordinated verification of employment letters. Coordinated monthly union bills. Daily interaction with Unions- Local 32 BJ. Reviewed LOA’s and enrollment of benefits to the union. Involved in the hiring process for maintenance workers, couriers and security officers.

Sorted, screened and distributed resumes. Maintained and ensured completion of new hire paperwork. Conducted preliminary phone interviews. Coordinated the hire of temporary staff. Coordinated interview process with supervisors, agencies and applicants. Generated staffing reports on a weekly basis.
