I have 27 years of experience working within social services. This includes; * Social Planning & FCSS - Family & Community Support Services, * Recreation Community Development, * Non-profit, * Child Welfare, and * Group Care. Throughout the duration of my career, I was tasked with; * the creation of programs, * accessing funding for the administration of programs, * balancing budgets, * hiring and supervising program staff, * program delivery, * marketing programs, * report writing, and * the evaluation of programs. I am most passionate regarding community development.
