Oversee all Accounts Payable functions, including coding, processing requests, and mailing checks. Process all checks that need to be voided and issue stop payments when needed. Answer questions and research problems for the Firm and outside vendors. Facilitate orientation for new employees. Train branch offices on Accounts Payable system. Add new vendor information into the ELITE system.

Generate, edit and finalize pre-bills according to attorney revisions and ensure that invoices are compliant with client guidelines.Operate and maintain billing portion of Firm's data processing system and perform certain maintenance functions. Submit and track electronic bills (e-bills). Generate and analyze reports relevant to billing and collections.
