Tracked fraudulent activity on open workman's compensation cases by contacting various medical facilities for verification of claimant whereabouts and suspicious activity related to reported injuries. Investigated individual's usage of medication, doctor visits and specific time-sensitive events.

Investigated customer accounts for network, equipment and ID fraud. Opened cases for in-depth research and stopped fraud traffic by routing international calls. Handled 70+ inbound calls per day and de-escalated irate customers by determining through research the situation at hand. Analyzed and closed cases upon determination of type of fraud.

Analyzed consumer and business accounts for money laundeing attempts within the banking system. Implemented the tracking of AML/Anti-Money Laundering fraud with intention of account closure due to suspicious activity. Corresponded with regional, area and branach managers to collect data for federally mandated documents within the Know Your Customer profile.

The Gardens at Columbine is an assisted living community specializing in dementia and Alzheimer's. I am responsible for the accountability of the front desk in Administration. The ability to multi-task is imperative, as well as being able to focus on projects in the midst of heavy interruptions throughout the day. To provide a comfortable and a home-like environment for our residents, The Gardens encourages kindness, compassion and connection with each resident, as well as with family and friends.
