• Managing multiple projects (25 to 55) from the contract sign until the handover stage • While working as a front office and in direct contact with the clients, provision and maintaining the coordination within the back office such as engineering, purchasing and production departments • Control and monitoring the progress and schedule of planning, production, shipment and the installation of a project within the given deadlines and compliance by the contract • Following up the receivables of a project by the payment conditions defined in the contract. • Providing assistance to the clients in both technical and commercial wise directly or by allocating the related units if necessary • To foresee and manage a possible or realized crisis by gathering meetings / crisis desks, reporting and staying in contact with the upper management and the clients
