Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of Brand Standards, Quality Evaluation and all Sales Operations, Team Member Training and Evaluation, Inter-Department Communications, Budgeting, Forecasting and Staff Scheduling. Accomplised the implementation of daily period for Sales & Marketing. Managed and developed the Sales Team to achieve the goals during the satisfaction period.
