-Monitor temperatures to ensure product maintains its integrity in the winter months -Provide excellent customer service by proactively communicating if loads are running late and the reasons behind them -Maintain a steady stream of communication between supply chain, transportation, and warehouses -Resolve customer questions and concerns about company's tranportation services. -Analyze data to determine and predict what shipments will be late, shipments that should be in our system but are not, along with date discrepancies between ourselves and the customer -Thoroughly Understand customer’s supply chain needs and how Red Classic is able to service those needs on a transactional basis.

I was the secretary of FAME modeling troupe which included over 40 members. I was also the fundraising chair of the Future Healthcare Administrators. I was a member of the National Society of Leadership. I was also the academic chair of the Interested Ladies of Lambda Theta Alpha Sorority, Inc.
