Manage export sales of native (tapioca) starch to the Philippines and Indonesia; local sales to paper mills and corrugator factories. Handle import indent for waste paper (OCC, tissue waste) and export indent for aluminum ingots; import indent for aluminum scrap. Coordinate supply chain, inventory, logistics scheduling, and contract documentation for on-time delivery and compliance. Oversee office workplace safety and EHS compliance in line with SCG's standards.

Managed baling station operations and documentation across Di An, Binh Chanh, Cu Chi, and Long Thanh; ensured ISO 9001 and safety compliance. Led project development for new baling stations: launched Cu Chi; established Da Nang site for OCC collection to Paper mill (SCG Group). Ran import–export trading portfolios: waste paper for VN paper mills; aluminum scrap imports & aluminum ingot exports; PET flake exports to China; paper rolls exports to Cambodia; steel pipes exports to Thailand; gypsum ore supply to cement plants; plaster board liner supply; PC wire steel imports. Expanded agricultural & machinery trading: Kubota machines, used tractors, and tapioca starch exports—built a sustainable, recurring business line. Handled customer service, contract administration (labor, warehouse rental, fire safety, legal), and cross-functional coordination with logistics and production.

Oversaw daily operations of OCC packing and baling; directed workforce and production outputs. Planned and supervised maintenance for warehouse facilities, forklifts, pay loaders, and baler machines. Coordinated with logistics for inventory control and on-time delivery to Paper Mill (SCG Group); reported directly to the Director.

Managed storehouse for bolt molds and nut machine equipment; supervised inventory control and spare parts inspection. Procured molds for bolt and nut machines; inspected production-use components for quality and readiness. Developed new production processes and tooling designs; created production drawings and standardized them after trial approvals.
