Managed development and implementation of lean and continuous improvement manufacturing initiatives across production environment. Redesigned production floor layout to minimize unused space and increase production output to 4 boats per week instead of the previous 3 boats per week. Implemented new Kanban system to decrease lead time in producing a boat. Transferred some workload from bottleneck station to underutilized station. Conducted Time Studies and updated cost for each boat component to find total cost for the boat that the company is paying. Created VBA applications in excel to streamline production planning process.

• Documented a user report and identify business needs in order to automate a currently manual process • Use SAP to update current material status • Create process mapping to better depict current and to be process in improvement • Created step by step report of the current and new process

• Manage inventory and orders by generating blend orders to balance to amount of product required and weekly orders. • Create manufacturing documents to standardizing procedures and purchase spec materials to have a guide guideline that the blending department can reference when needed. • Conduct time studies to find out the time spent working on a product to create a standard for the expected amount products that should be able to finish per a specific time. • Inspected inventory to determine whether the actual inventory and inventory system match up. Trouble shoot for duplicate lot numbers and duplicate positions. • Run audit on blend operators and lab safety to avoid safety hazards and operate smoothly.

Conduct experiments on finding the voltage differences in wet and dry fabrics with the end goal of developing a moisture measuring machine

Organized summer activities for incoming first year students, while also had weekly meetings to help adapt to college lifestyle.

• Worked to transform manual processes of registering for crossword tournaments from Paper-based processes to an Excel Database • Public speaking skills, MC for the annual national crossword tournament in Thailand.
