- Facilitating service contracts related Government relation and proceed with payment/liquidation accordingly - Preparing presentations, speech for technical workshop, seminars in relation to GR activities - Keep records of GR budget and follow up for relevant payments on monthly/quarterly basic (depending on each contract) - Facilitate CSR activities, liaising with relevant departments for collection of materials and donations - Seek for relevant opportunities for HCVN to participate or host meeting, technical workshops and propose action plan.

- Process Loan Agreement, Standard Terms (including onshore, offshore and Syndication Agreement) - Negotiate/discuss with customer based on regulations - Process Mortgage Contract, pledge agreement, Personal/Corporate Guarantee, SBLC and/or other security /collateral documents - Facilitate notarize and register in NRAST or Land Department - Monitor the completion of required documents, condition precedent,... - Supervise the compliance of legal document, security of credit customer - Follow up the checking of correctness of periodical Appraisal Reports - Input and manage credit facilities, collateral and others in the System - Prepare monthly/quarterly report to SBV and Head Office.
