(eg: sample approval process, replaced material to do the cost down) * Supplier performance monthly analysis, help improve each performance to get our company’s standard.( Cost , Delivery , Quality )

* Negotiate the price with supplier, source the material for the new project and look for the second or third supplier to do the cost down and avoid the risk on delivery. * In charge of the tooling negotiated, then trace the status on tooling and submit the sample to RD and Quality department to approve, solve the problem occurred in the process. * Build the assessment team includes RD, Quality and other related department to audit supplier .Assist and improve the supplier to be certificated supplier. * Finish the project’s development to mass production, the lawn-mower tractor transferred from Italy.

1.Source the new supplier for the new project and replace the unqualified supplier, and do the final approval. 2．Communicate with Engineering department to define the exact drawing for the new material , and work together with Engineering department to find the best ways to define the material and process , then do the cost down for all the factory. 3．In-direct material purchasing, for example: the fixture, equipment, non-production material and so on
