• Bioequivalence Research Project: Analyzed the clinical pharmacokinetic properties of two drugs when administered individually and the extent of potential interactions when administered concomitantly. Independently conducted measurements and comparative studies on the changes in pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of baclofen and clozoxazone when administered alone or concomitantly. Solely performed tasks including blood sample processing, establishment of methodologies, and data collection and analysis. • Construction of a Multiple Regression Model for Estimation of Body Fat Content: Participated in the development of a gender-specific multiple regression model for estimating body fat content using human data. Applied the model to a follow-up study on the impact of fat and other body constituents on drug distribution volume and drug clearance. Presented key findings at a symposium jointly organized by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the University of Maryland. • Student Mentoring: Mentored six graduate students (4 Chinese and 2 American) in a laboratory project rotation lasting a total of six months. Encouraged Chinese students to integrate better into the academic atmosphere and research enthusiasm of the United States.

1.Research and Development Work: I conducted analysis of the blood drug concentrations and their temporal changes in patients during phase I clinical trials of experimental drugs, and determined the drug's metabolism. 2.Translation Work: I independently completed the translation of important population pharmacokinetic English official guidelines and research reports.
