In charge of pull together overall Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) and Milestone reports. Provide high quality report information for monthly Stewardship meetings with senior management team. - Accomplish and coordinate the development of a suite of monthly report information, including: Stewardship reports, Milestone reports, Traffic Light Reports, FTEs actual and forecast reports, Workflow Alignment, Scorecards and Dashboard reports. - Collect time-analysis reports from Finance Department. Generate FTEs and Chargeability actuals. - Analyze and critically review large sets of data for entire company’s labour hours from Engineering Estimating System (EMS). - Breakdown FTEs to the level of Work management Teams (WMT), engineering disciplines, project stages, and project cost centers. Analyze the FTEs distributions on company’s organization level for senior managers. - Optimize continuously and distribute a variety of FTE reports to Director, Managers of Projects, Project Managers, Engineering Department Heads (DHs) and Project Control Leads (PCL).
