• As a World Economic Forum Global Shaper in the Oxford Hub, I founded the Lead for Sustainability Mentorship Programme for students to explore careers in different fields in sustainability, including policy, advocacy, finance, conservation and consulting • Beginning in Oxford, the programme has since expanded to include London and Cambridge • To date, we have successfully paired over 350 students with more than 200 sustainability professionals from 15 countries, building the ESG talent pipeline for a climate-resilient future

• Established a pioneering in-house methodology to assess the impact and contribution of ESG funds, incorporating the UN Sustainable Development Goals framework • Actively liaised with fund managers, providing guidance and recommendations on fund profiles tailored to philanthropic clients with a strong emphasis on impact investing
