Manage local delivery stations in Northern California, including last-mile delivery management and local warehouse inbound and outbound. Record the mis-sort and late delivery data. Build and maintain the parcel return process. Manage Delivery Service Providers (DSP) and deliver drivers to ensure all parcels are delivered effectively and efficiently. Review the delivery result. Keep and improve the delivery process to ensure that it works smoothly. Communicate with DSPs, and transfer information between Cainiao and DSPs. Summarize and generalize the delivery requirements and update them to confirm that all DSPs understand all detailed delivery requirements. Keep the delivery station in order and procure delivery resources to meet the needs of the local delivery process. Manage assets in the delivery stations and ensure no safety issues in the stations. Follow Cainiao SOP to start, prepare, review, and sign documents and contracts with third parties to increase the delivery capacity.
