Study on Historical Data to build reasonable ready stock to reduce printing frequency or easier the short delivery SKUs 3. Study on output data to recalculate and update the yield percentage, avoiding reproducing for over shortage Achievements 1. Proper scheduling via Excel File to have a full picture of Orders in Hand to avoid missing or overlook orders 2.
