As a Project Delivery Engineer in Singtel MSE Department to in charge and take part in different project delivery which relates to mobile services such as data plans, new network features deployment and etc from conception to completion. •Network solutions assessment and delivery. Solutions include but not limited to network deployment, service deployment and system enhancement such as 4/5G speed differentiation, URSP features in network slicing, DPI, Mobile Internet Filter and etc. •Project planning ranged from network function on-boarding, system optimization, system upgrade, peer network elements integration and etc. •Project team and schedule coordination. working closely with different teams to ensure that the project requirements are clarified and resources are secured for the project delivery. •Identifying and mitigating project risks. Evaluate the resources and also ongoing projects to minimise the risks of prolonged delivery date. Also evaluate the current network and new solutions to identify risks that might affect user experiences and work out mitigation solutions to optimise it. •Manage the stakeholders and bridging the project team and marketing team to improve the project delivery process and satisfaction. •Quality assurance and compliance of project. Work closely with vendors to ensure the project quality and compliance such as mandatory VAPT scanning and system hardening. •Close project process timely. To ensure the project can be delivered timely and handover the delivered project to operation teams.

As a Core Network Engineer, services such as network solution, network optimization, network security management, maintenance and etc to be provided to carriers. • Provide network solution. The solution includes but not limited to the network deployment and enhancement such as configuring the 4/5g reselection, DPI, roaming VoLTE solution, VoWifi Emergency call and etc. • Project delivery solution planning ranged from hardware installation, commissioning, network function on-boarding, configuration, peer network elements integration and etc. • Team lead to coordinate project solution and schedule to ensure the project continuity. • Network optimization and maintenance. Help customer to optimize the network resources, KPI monitoring, provide preventive maintenance such as version upgrade, expansion to customer network and etc. • Network security management by follow up with the CVE release of several OS used by our product such as Euler OS, and provide relative solution to rectify the CVE. •Assist in customer network to satisfy the network security • Cloud based environment management of FusionSphere Openstack such as VM deployment, scaling and etc. • Working closely and interactive with different customers team member to understand customer requirement and keep up with the project progress effectively to improve the project delivery progress and customer satisfaction

• Intern as a Maintenance Engineer in the Maintenance Department of MAPA Gloves Sdn. Bhd. • Assist the senior engineer to record and analyze the downtime of various production lines which included the analysis to highlight the reasons causing the downtime by using method such as Pareto Chart. • Service or maintain the pneumatic cylinders and pneumatic valves such as those manufactured by FESTO.
