• Developed a site assessment and viability model that ranks sites based on several index that cuts across socio-economic spectrum as well as the uniqueness of the sites. • Conducted over 60 sites technical assessment and viability studies across Nigeria to determine high ARPU potential sites per the business models. • Secured and collected over $10m grants from the Nigeria Electrification Project (NEP) across 13 mini-grid sites • Responsible for leading the largest NERC mini-grid permit in the NEP portfolio and developing one of the largest mini-grid (1.9MW) in Southwest Nigeria. • Responsible for all external stakeholder’s engagement with the World Bank, Federal, State and local government. • Responsible for ensuring all sites meets all environmental, technical and social guidelines in line with the NEP standards. • Responsible for all board’s monthly, quarterly and yearly engagements including presenting to investors key updates and progress across our portfolio. • Redesigned and execute process flow across the business units to improve efficiency and improve turnaround time to deliverables. • Helped create initiatives for productive-use across all 13 sites in Niger state, Nigeria.

• Execution of the University of Massachusetts (Umass), Rockefeller Foundation and Rural Electrification Agency (REA) Baseline and Energy Studies across 24 major markets and households in the South-South and the South-East regions in Nigeria. • Managed over 90+ staff and implemented an agile safety and market penetration strategies during the implementation period.

• Increased sales by over 200% in less than 12 months, developed a pipeline of over $1m and secured commitments with mini-grid developers in Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda and Sierraleone. • Provide technical support to customers including resolving automation and firmware issues. • Responsible for developing sales strategies across Africa and regularly attending conferences to showcase our latest products. • Responsible for driving market compliance with NEMSA and other technical agencies across Africa. • Provide managements and board with regular market updates and analysis of emerging markets. • Secured a TYPE-approval for the EDGE 6 in Nigeria and helped with specific and site-use approvals from the Rural Electrification Agency (REA). • Helped trained mini-grid developer’s support staff on how to use the self-assist applications and provide on-field guidance when needed.

• Helped executed several industrial clusters energy audits exercise across Distribution Companies franchise area in Nigeria. • Implemented with team of 9 engineers the Department of International Development/REA motorbike verification survey of 305 communities and energy audits of 200 communities in 7 states. • Implemented with the team the scope of the Energizing Economies Initiative (EEI) across the pilot projects in Ariaria, Sabon Gari and Sura. • Led the commercial and operations activities of the Ariaria Market Energy Solutions Limited – a 7MW IPP located in Aba. • Helped execute the feasibility studies of the Nnewi Energy Solutions – a 16MW IPP for industrial clusters in Anambra, Nigeria.
