Provide infrastructure and process support for ITM manufacturing plant operations, including the implementation of corporate sponsored applications that are critical to meeting the plants SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale) objectives. Duties include all aspects of ITM plant support including, plant floor applications and machine controls. Local and wide area network administration, Microsoft office, active directory and Windows level one support. Provide line of business support by interfacing with both plant and IT management to obtain business requirements and resolving related issues. Realize ITM governance by maintaining and enforcing ITM standards and guidelines within the local IT infrastructure

* Conducts physical tests consisting of various climatic and durability simulations i.e. Life Cycle, Tensile Strength, Dust, Drop Test, Web Sense, Vehicle Sense, Servo, Tilt Lock and Wear Rub, and Key Life Testing. * Coordinates and schedules test sequences, prepares samples, tracks test status and documents results while adhering to specifications to produce final test reports. * Test samples for major automobile companies, onsite engineering and other requesters. * Programs, operates, and coordinates testing availability and sequences for environmental chambers. * Monitors astringent timelines and testing progression to verify schedule and conduct monthly meetings. * Ensures customer service to requesters and acts that test cycles correspondence with equipment availability. Calibrates and maps equipment regularly to ensure the highest degree of performance and functionality during testing. * Responsible for testing prototype and production seatbelts, airbags, steering wheels, and shift knobs
