LNG Canada, Kitimat, BC – Precast concrete U-ditch (Drainage), snow dump, driven piles, welding, pipeline, sheet piles, CFA Piling, cast-in-situ and earthwork scopes • Oversaw lifecycle of the snow dump scope • Oversaw lifecycle of the retaining wall project and welding scope • Reduced project delivery cost through vendor negotiations and resource reallocation • Assisted in managing employees responsible for coordination, quality control and site supervision • Reported daily, weekly and monthly labour, equipment and material usage (LEM) to stakeholders. • Updated the Mile marker/progress tracker on a weekly basis • Conducted performance evaluations and provided training to team members. • Prepared labour, equipment, material (LEM) reports for cost and man hour change. • Reviewed project plans, possible cost savings measures, and potential construction problems • Scheduled and attended Quality control inspections for earthwork and precast concrete scopes. • Developed Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and conducted site inspections in adherence to the ITPs • Prepared inspection Test Records (ITR), Interdisciplinary Release (IDR) and Red line submittals • Carried out rebar inspection for Cast-in-situ concrete scopes • Assigned priorities to competing scopes by effectively prioritizing work activities. • Supported the Project team with construction activities for Quality Assurance/Quality Control, planning, organizing, change management including RFI’s, change orders and contract modification. • Recorded, tracked and maintained submissions related to cost, progress and scope change • Validated invoices to ensure they were coded properly and sent to the appropriate approver. • Monitored activities of subcontractors, subconsultants, and suppliers on different scopes • Coordinated turnover and project document submittals for all scopes via coreworx
