• Manage purchases to achieve delivery on time, with right quality and optimal landed costs • Head up a purchasing team whose role is to buy all necessary materials that are required across the company's business units • Review, release, or cancel purchase orders based on material requirements planning to control and monitor inventory • Responsible for rolling in material for engineering change (EC) of parts based on customers’/internal requirements with minimum exposure • Work closely with Production Planning & other functional group to manage liability, excess and obsolescence to minimize company’s risk • Participate in projects (consignment, VMI, etc.) to support site’s cost reduction strategy

• To generate material requirement as per customers order both of local and oversea parts • Place purchase order to each supplier that responsible • Control local suppliers by just in time system • Follow up delivery date of supplier to make sure all the order will meet target date • Deal with shipping company for prepare documents for custom clearance
