Well Abandonment Advisor supporting the US-East Well Abandonment Team for subsurface well abandonment projects in the Chevron Mid-Continent Business Unit (MCBU) and Appalachian/Michigan Business Unit (AMBU) areas. Awarded 2017 Chevron Corporate Mentor of the Year. Worked on Team to develop data analysis and computer tools to improve asset end-of-life decisions to reduce well abandonment costs. Retired from Chevron in August 2018.

Responsible for Sub-surface Well Abandonment of wells designated for retirement in the Mid-Continent area for Chevron.

Responsible for Facility Decommissioning of idle upstream production facilities, sites and pipelines in the Mid-Continent area for Chevron.

Onshore Remediation Project Manager for legacy operations in LA, MS and AL. The scope of these projects included, NORM and Chloride impact remediation, groundwater impacts, facility abandonment, marsh restoration and wetland mitigation, flowline removals, pit closures, compliance order management and litigation support. Also mange LDNR Compliance Order management process for GOMBU and assist GOM and CPL on onshore environmental issues.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Environmental Group, responsibilities included operations management and business development for the Technical Services Division as well as overseeing special projects, client relations and regulatory affairs. Responsible for the operations, financial, engineering and project management of remediation, 29-B closure, and facility abandonment projects. Also was corporate Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for PMI’s Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) specific license.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of the Environmental Group, responsibilities included operations management for the Remediation Group as well as oversee special projects, client relations and regulatory affairs.

Reporting directly to the President and CEO of the company, responsibilities include operations management, oversight of accounting functions, forecasting, budgeting, conducting due diligence for mergers, public relations, regulatory affairs and special projects, and the integration and development of new technologies and businesses into the company. * Authored and obtained DNR permit for commercial deep well injection and treatment facility for oilfield waste. * Major role in negotiating, conducting due diligence, and integrating new business acquisitions. * Management oversight of financial, administrative and business development activities.

Reporting directly to the president, responsibilities included general management of three divisions, sales force and administration functions. Company had a work force of 80 employees generating over $4 million dollars in revenue a year. Successfully integrated four separately acquired companies into a single operating unit.

Responsible for the business development, marketing and operations management of the NORM Division. Corporate Radiation Safety Officer responsible for all health physics, worker protection and operational activities under ECOTECH's NORM Specific License. Division acquired by Growth in November 1993. * Developed effective volume reduction technique for NORM wastes using particle segregation. * Wrote health physics and worker protection procedures for ECOTECH's Specific License. * Developed LDEQ recognized NORM worker, surveyor and supervisor training programs. * Project manager for all NORM surveying, remediation, treatment and disposal projects. * Authored numerous NORM specific licenses, worker protection and waste management plans
