As a Divisional Asset Protection Manager, I coordinate and conduct investigations, ORC- Organize Retail Crime, administration, analyzing data, risk assessments, interviews and interview training, investigative methods, and working with local and state law enforcement. We want to win in sales and shrink in our communities. My responsibilities are to protect the company's assets while governing policies and procedures, safety, leadership, procurement, and inventory control, as well as support Human Resources, focus stores, training, and inventory management. Protecting company assets is a passion of mine, as is providing our team members and customers exceptional convenience, brands, and service, as can be seen by my over 20 years of experience in the field. Training and developing associates in asset protection, policies, procedures, and company standards provides me with boundless gratification. As a manager, regional, or divisional, I am thankful for all the opportunities provided me and responsibilities entrusted to me. I understand the importance of business acumen, operations, management, and leadership. I enjoy sports, fishing, hunting, and hiking in the Ouachita Mountains.
