• Manages the entire activity of Technical Division • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relations with suppliers of equipment, materials and service vendors, incl. negotiations of prices and other financial parameters • Part of strategic decision making board for company development • Manages the implementation of new products and services • Participates in the financial forecast and preparation of the annual budget of the company • Plans the optimization and development of the technical infrastructure

• Manages the activities of four teams (72 people) • Supervises the preparation of analyzes and reports for company management • Controls the performance and effectiveness of employees in the department • Responsible for creating indicators for performance measuring and bonus schemes for sales force in "Business customers" division • Participates in the selection of new employees for the department • Supervises the preparation and implementation of work instructions and procedures for "Business customers" division • Manages sales process and business customers service for fixed and mobile services • Participates in preparation of annual budget for "Business customers" division • Participates in strategic projects on company and group level • Coordinates communication with other teams in the company

• Manages the activities of a unit providing administrative support of Business Sales Division (responsible for a team of 6 people) • Controls the performance and effectiveness of employees in the team • Organizes and supports the preparation and implementation of work instructions and procedures for "Business customers" division • Participates in the selection of new employees for the team • Participates in projects for implementing software products in the company • Coordinates cross unit communication • Manages the maintenance of customer database and prepares reports for special and customized offers for business customers

Manages corporate offices all over the country /responsible for 47 people team/ Controls the performance of the staff in the Corporate offices Develops KPIs and bonus schemes for Corporate office specialists
