I lead the Infrastructure Team/Organization at Notion. My teams are responsible for Notion's core backend systems, cloud infrastructure, datastore, architecture scalability, continuous deployment, observability and developer experience.

- Co-founded and led “Anthos private mode,” delivering Kubernetes-based, air-gapped enterprise solutions that enabled GCP entry into highly regulated markets (EU, U.S. public sector, China). - Partnered directly with enterprise customers to design and deploy complex architectures, landing the org’s first $10M+ deal and establishing a trusted enterprise engagement model. - Scaled the team from 3 to 30+ and influenced 400+ engineers; the work became the foundation for [Google Distributed Cloud](https://cloud.google.com/distributed-cloud) and key enterprise Kubernetes capabilities. - Drove major fraud-mitigation initiatives (e.g., crypto-mining abuse prevention) that improved GPU/CPU capacity efficiency, reliability, and customer trust, contributing to stronger enterprise support and capacity management at scale.

Youtube TV is a leading vMVPD subscription service providing Live TV. - Led development of core features from Home and Library to Channel/TV recommendations. - Designed personalization infrastructure, built debugging/simulation tools, and established an end-to-end feedback loop to improve ranking quality.

- Led infrastructure for large-scale online serving systems (Mysql, Redis, MQ, Counter, etc.) handling 2M+ requests/sec and 100B+ entries at 99.9% availability. - Designed and operated a Hadoop/Hive/HBase data warehouse for BI, Kafka Stream & Apache Storm based real time data processing for trending topics

Conceived and built Baidu Cloud Storage from scratch, backend for Baidu Cloud Disk (百度网盘) serving hundreds of millions of users.
