Lead a team of facilities staff and technician to ensure smooth factory operation and project execution. Currently lead to complete green field slider fab construction and operation start-up, ensure smooth production ramp.

• Involve in overall facility operation and maintenance. • Coaching and supervise a team of technician, staff engineer and section head to meet company daily facilities operation. • Initiate facilities improvement project and energy saving project. • Collaborate with manufacturing people to meet their process requirement by re-design and improve existing facilities system.

• Involve in overall facility operation and maintenance. • Design, construction and startup of new facilities system and clean room to accommodate major product transfer in short period. These involve setting up of mechanical and electrical system like air-cond, compressed air, process vacuum, N2 supply, power supply, power conditioner, fire protection system etc, that meeting lowest install cost and operation cost. Size of clean room; • Coaching and supervise a team of technician, engineer and staff engineer to meet company objective. • Heading facility system and clean room in the progress toward ISO 13485 certification. Accomplishments: • Successfully start up a new factory - 10k clean room – 10,000sqft - 100k clean room – 17,000sqft

• Liaison with internal customer, system owner and Architect & Engineer consultants on project requirements. • Involve in project management and planning, capacity study, design review, safety, schedule and quality control of construction project. • Supervise all installation and construction of engineering works for clean room retrofit and manufacturing tool hook up. • Provide technical assistance and engineering advice to internal customer, engineers, supervisors and contractors. • Setting up QA/QC for new install system and conduct functional acceptance test for facility equipment. • Manage bidding process including tender valuation and tender clarification. • Supervision, check and maintain mechanical systems facilities. Accomplishments: • Mechanical Design lead for major construction project (expansion) like: KM2 FCMMAP, LCE, FTO, Progressive Built, PG11, to meet specification and justification for lean factory operation. • New production, lab and office building setup – KM3, KM5 and KM6. • Successfully led the design of manufacturing equipments hook-up works

• Liaison with client, architect, C&S engineer and QS consultants on project requirements. • Liaison with local authorities on statutory requirements pertaining to projects. • Provide engineering assistance to client including system design selection. • Involve in project management and planning, safety, cost estimation, schedule and quality control of construction project. • Involve in engineering design of Fire Protection, Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation systems, swimming pool, lift and hot water system. • Provide system design, tender document and tender drawing preparation; manage tender process, conduct tender valuation, negotiation and contract preparation. • Site supervision of M&E installation, quality control, variation order verification and final account closures. Accomplishments: • Successfully handle projects Dell, Sri Bayana Emas, Berjaya Butterworth Hotel and Holiday Inn Penang
