I have a real passion for helping people. I am results-focused and solution driven and have spent my entire career becoming a Retirement Benefit expert. I have worked with all forms of retirement programs, such as: Defined Contribution, 401(k), Defined Benefit, 403(b), 457, Non-Qualified and Employee Stock Options Plans. I am adept at working within federal regulations issued by the IRS, DOL and ERISA. My last two jobs have allowed me to become experienced with high profile labor unions as well as mergers and acquisitions. I have been focused on ensuring the timely delivery of retirement plan filings, allocations and disbursements. I offer a profound knowledge of retirement benefit practices procedures and policies and am excellent at internal and external communication. I really enjoyed promoting a high-performance culture by cultivating and motivating direct/indirect reports through coaching, mentoring, and by providing regular and meaningful feedback. My family and I are in the process of relocating to the greater Eugene, Oregon area and open to remote work and business travel.
