Architectural design team leader for Rail projects in Hong Kong, embedded in Client's (MTRC) co-located office with engineering partners (Arup & Aecom) over multiple contracts. Responsible for design co-ordination, resource and project management, client liaison, budgeting and cash flow. I have experience working through all project stages from Competitions, Commercial bid submissions, Technical feasibility Studies, Concept design through to Tender Submission and Construction Stage services. I have successfully delivered several metro station projects for MTRC which included challenging urban constraints, TTMS, utility diversions and discovery of WWII era ordinance & significant Sung Dynasty Archeological relics. Several Stations included design enabling works for top-side urban development (TOD) and urban integration. Significant projects include Sung Wong Toi Station, To Kwa Wan Station, Exhibition Station, Tuen Mun South Station and A16 Stations. We reviewed different delivery methods and the incorporation of advanced construction methods including MiC, Precast and DfMA. Delivered three High Speed Stations Beijing South Station and Guangzhou South Station for Ministry of Rail (MOR) in China and the tender submission for Singapore High Speed Rail Terminus for Land Transit Authority (LTA).
