Christopher Urso

I’m the Founder and Managing Partner of URS Capital Partners, a private real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and management of multifamily communities throughout the Southeastern U.S. What began with my first 40-unit apartment building in 2009 has grown into a portfolio of more than 6,000 units and over $1 billion in multifamily real estate acquisitions and developments. Through it all, my focus has remained the same: delivering strong, risk-adjusted returns while building something that lasts. With over two decades of experience, I stay deeply involved in all aspects of the business—from sourcing and structuring deals to driving asset strategy and fostering long-term investor relationships. I’ve built URS around the principles of transparency, alignment, and performance, and those values continue to guide how we operate and how we invest. What sets me apart is my hands-on approach and long-term perspective.
