Head of the HR department, I manage the HR, Recruitment and Office Support teams across Canada (7 direct reports) reporting to the CEO to facilitate hyper growth and implement structure in our growing organization. PocketPIlls is Canada's first digital full-service pharmacy serving customers across Canada. PocketPills allows Canadians to fill their prescriptions online, with medications delivered to their doorstep for free. Members can connect with their pharmacists on live chat or SMS, getting the information they need at their fingertips. Medication management is simplified, with prescription doses pre-sorted by dose, date and time into individual PocketPacks. By leveraging technology-driven workflow automation, PocketPills is able to reduce the cost of operations, passing savings to the member and the plan sponsor through low dispensing fees and free home delivery.

As HRBP, I was selected as the first sole HR professional in Canada for 5 offices in Vancouver, Edmonton, Montreal and Toronto to support 150 architects, designers, structural engineers and artificial intelligence engineers. I provided strategic guidance to the leadership team, including policy, immigration, learning and development, performance management and coaching and compensation to drive organizational performance. Rolled out global HR programs including Workday HRIS, performance management platform, policy, job levelling and merit.

As Regional Human Capital Manager, I supported 200 Partners, Managers and Accountants within 2 offices with a HR Generalist direct report. I was responsible for overall integration of HR strategy, culture, policy and processes shortly after one of the largest mergers in history. Oversaw compensation & bonus, promotions, performance management training, workforce planning and employee engagement.

As HR Advisor , I supported the Commercial and Residential real estate finance teams across Canada. Hired for a newly restructured role to accommodate significant people growth and programs. Led the recruitment strategy and selection of 110+ hires, coached managers on how to effectively interview, implemented a series of career development programs, market researched and launched ATS (Oracle) and conducted performance management training.

As HR Operations, I joined a 20-person team and helped launch Amazon’s first Western Canada fulfillment centre based in Delta, subsequently staffed by 500 workers. I was responsible for weekly performance management, policy, career development, career choices program, and health & safety initiatives. Launched Organizational Leadership Review and Recognition programs for the first time in Canada operations.

As Recruitment Coordinator, I executed on recruitment initiatives across 50 locations spanning the U.S. and Canada. Worked with the North America Global Talent Delivery team and hiring managers to manage the recruitment and interview process for technical and corporate roles.
