Manage all aspects of the warranty/customer service process for all homes built throughout most of the state of Texas, including the counties surrounding the cities of Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, and Bryan/College Station. Ensure all warranty issues are promptly addressed and handled in accordance with established policies and quality standards. Provide high levels of service to all customers. •Work effectively with home warranty company. •Work effectively with other departments (i.e. Construction, Legal, Accounting) as necessary to address warranty issues. •Work effectively with customers to ensure resolution of issues. •If needed, make home visits for foundation inspections or to perform a follow up walk-through to identify warrantable and non-warrantable items. •Identifying and analyzing recurring warranty issues and working with Construction to develop ways to prevent them. •Use sound judgment in making decisions on how to proceed with warranty issues and foundation related concerns. •Manage department staff of all field service technicians and coordinators addressing job performance and other issues.
