Account Manager for the Education and Catering channels. Working with in the Key Account Team I maintained and grew business within my selected channel. Food Service is unique in its own right. It is fast paced, highly demanding and incredibly satisfying. Not only hunting for new business I worked through pricing tenders for my accounts and am always looking for new products for my customers to range.

Employed as a sales rep within the Cleaning/Hygiene Sector. Selling cleaning products and chemicals into new and already existing customers. With having long standing experience throughout the hospitality industry this made it easy for me to build relationships with a different array of customers. From fine dining restaurants to chain restaurants it was easy for me to relate to all of our customer needs. This was a great roll but found a lack of job satisfaction.

General Manager in charge of daily operations of the business. Maintaining staff requirements for the business from Security to bar and floor staff, leading a team of around 30 people. Arranging weekly promotions and entertainment, rosters,banking and ordering. Also liaising with council and police staff. Hospitality is varied industry and to say the least this roll covered every part of the industry from a management level down.
